Red Rock Resorts’ Las Vegas Durango property will open its new high-limit slot room and multi-level parking garage on 15 December. The announcement follows last week’s expansion of the casino floor, which added 6,000sq.ft and 100 new slot machines and games.
“We are incredibly proud to unveil the first phase of Durango’s expansion including one of the city’s nicest high-limit slot rooms,” said David Horn, vice president and general manager of Durango. “With the addition of more casino square footage and the latest machines, easy covered parking and high-touch service in our high-limit room, we continue to offer our guests an exciting, convenient gaming experience.”
The high-limit room will open at 5 p.m. and feature 120 slot machines, including 30 new titles. It will also include the “Jackpot Express” payout system and a dedicated cage for faster transactions. The new 2,000-space parking garage will open at 10 a.m. Parking remains free across all Station Casinos properties.
The $120m investment marks Durango’s first expansion since opening in December 2023. Red Rock Resorts has also announced a second expansion phase, an 18-month, $385m project that will add more than 275,000 square feet, 400 slot machines and new amenities including a 36-lane bowling centre, luxury cinemas, additional dining options and entertainment venues.
