Melco Resorts & Entertainment has confirmed that the Grand Dragon Casino will officially cease operations next Monday (September 22), while Mocha Kuong Fat will cease operations on September 24).
The closing date for the operation of Mocha Grand Dragon Hotel and Mocha Royal Hotel will be announced shortly.
Melco said: “All gaming tables currently operating at Grand Dragon Casino will be reallocated to the City of Dreams Casino at the designated time, while the electronic gaming machines at the Mocha Clubs that are closing will be reallocated to the Altira, City of Dreams and Studio City casinos operated by Melco Resorts (Macau) Limited in the Macao SAR, as approved by the DICJ.”
“All customers’ rights are safeguarded after the cessation of these operations. Customers holding Grand Dragon casino chips after its closure may exchange them at the Melco Club/Signature Club counter at the Altira Casino from 23 September 2025. The customers of the Mocha Clubs that will close will be able to continue to use their gaming slips (TITO) at Mocha Inner Harbor, Mocha Golden Dragon and Mocha Sintra Hotel which will continue in operation.”
