Entain has outlined several new sportsbook product features and enhancements across three of its key markets – the UK, US and Brazil.
The operator explained that the features, many of which have been localised to appeal to players in specific markets, represent Entain’s commitment to producing engaging content for its users worldwide.
The Ladbrokes parent company shed light on improved withdrawal speed, with 90% of withdrawals made both on Entain-owned apps and websites now processed within one minute.
The company’s proprietary football bet builder has sparked an 80% increase in pre-match turnover, as well as doubling its share of turnover to 12% in markets where they are available.
Additionally, Entain has launched in-play bet builder, with the feature’s real-time tracking data powered by Opta Data, enabling users to create bet builders during live fixtures.
In the US, Entain’s BetMGM JV rolled out a fresh app ahead of the NFL season.
Entain hailed the most recent version of the BetMGM app as its “most responsive yet”, boasting live player prop bets and real-time bet tracking on Apple devices, while in-app research tools and cash-out functionality are also now part of the operator’s offering.
Ladbrokes and Coral, two of Entain’s largest brands, have reaped the benefits of Quacca Bar, a new feauture that allows users to build, edit and place multiples and bet builders without leaving the app.
Entain disclosed that over 60% of bets are now placed via the Quacca Bar.
Focusing on the Brazilian market, which regulated at the start of the year, Entain has launched fantasy markets, AccaBoost, in-play football bet builder and Stats Pro, the latter of which is designed to help users gain a greater statistical insight into player and team markets.
On the gaming front, Entain continues to release 150 new games a month, 20% of which are early-access or exclusive titles.
Satty Bhens, Entain chief technology officer, lauded the product enhancements: “Our sportsbook product has never been stronger. We’ve closed the gap and are now pivoting from catching up to going beyond,” he said.
“From live single-game parlays in the US to in-play bet builders in Europe and Brazil, we’re upgrading player experiences while modernising our trading back office. This is just the beginning of what we can achieve as we continue to lead the industry in product innovation.”
Entain added that its investment in the company’s core technology stack is at the heart of these improvements and newly launched features.
