Yoel Zuckerberg, Soft2Bet: Personalisation is critical

Personalising each player’s experience is “critical for success” according to Soft2Bet’s Chief Product Officer, Yoel Zuckerberg.

Speaking to Jessie Sale, Senior Journalist for SBC News, at SBC Summit Lisbon, Zuckerberg said: “I think personalisation is critical. Every player is at a different level and playing at their own pace.

“We are delivering something different for each player. The difficulty will be different for each player based on their value and we increase that value progressively based on the games that we create.”

Part of Soft2Bet’s personalisation strategy was the release of Bonus Dice in August, a gamification engine that presents a Monopoly-style board game in which players can claim different types of bonuses depending on their wagering levels.

“We created Bonus Dice to increase the retention of players,” explained Zuckerberg. “We can see from our brands that our customers are striving for gamification and to increase the player lifetime value so we created these mechanics for our B2C and B2B partners.

“Additional mechanics are on our roadmap and I think it’s very important to mention that the future of these kinds of gamification products would likely have the customers playing against each other, peer-to-peer. That’s the next generation of gamification and something that Soft2Bet is building.”

Looking ahead to the future, Zuckerberg also spoke about Soft2Bet’s plans for the upcoming festive season, which includes creating promotions and gamification solutions around Christmas.

He also promised that there are “a lot of additional mechanics” that Soft2bet is working on that will be “further defined” in the next year.
