MGM Resorts and Playtech have taken their “Live from Vegas” offering to the next level with the launch of Family Feud Live, a licensed adaptation of Fremantle’s iconic game show.
The interactive experience is being streamed in real time from a studio located on the casino floor of MGM Grand in Las Vegas.
The debut marks a first for the industry: an interactive game show broadcast live from a Las Vegas casino floor. Available to regulated markets outside the U.S., the studio is designed as a transparent glass enclosure, open to public view 24/7, and also hosts live table games such as blackjack, roulette, and baccarat.

The launch builds on the initial rollout of “Live from Vegas” in June 2024, which introduced live-streamed table games from both MGM Grand and Bellagio. This second phase expands the scope of the MGM Resorts-Playtech partnership and signals a growing focus on interactive entertainment experiences that blend the energy of Las Vegas with global accessibility.

For Fremantle, the adaptation represents a milestone in extending the Family Feud franchise. “For the first time, Family Feud has been integrated into a live dealer environment, powered by actual survey questions from the official franchise,” said Suzanne Lopez, Fremantle’s COO. “This collaboration delivers a truly unique and authentic game show experience.”
Looking ahead, MGM Resorts and Playtech plan to expand their live entertainment portfolio further, blending Vegas-style spectacle with responsible gaming practices in regulated markets.
