EGR: How is the business attracting some of the largest brands in the world, such as the recently signed deal with Sky City, as well as other EGR Power 50 operators in the industry?

Daniel Clark (DC): One of our biggest strengths is the stability of the platform. That’s been proven through the scalability of our growth over the last few years, and a lot of that has come with our operators.

Our existing business has grown year on year and the stability has never faltered. But also, our agility [has played a part] and our ability to localise our platform to operators’ needs.

Tier-one operators often have bespoke requirements, and we have to tailor our technology to what they need, but we’ve got the ability to do that with all the product verticals we have within the business.

It is truly a modular platform, and we can adapt to any requirements. We’re in a very fortunate position from that perspective.

EGR: How do you build trust with new clients?

DC: Trust is not made overnight; it’s earned over a sustained period of time. The rationale behind centralising the commercial team is to make sure we have experts in front of the operator from day one, people who understand the market, who understand what the competitors are doing, and really being able to demonstrate the knowledge that they do have.

We are fortunate we have business units that are linked to operators’ direct products but that also sit within the platform ecosystem, that are experts in their own right. Operators want to see that. They want to see that we’ve got the depth in knowledge, but also a history of working with tier-one brands and big operators such as the Hungarian state lottery and bet-at-home, and now Sky City. We’re looking to build on that momentum.

EGR: How does the commercial team’s new structure support this strategy?

DC: The structure is there to give each sales director accountability for their own respective region and to really own that market. So, understanding what the regulatory requirements are, what the competitors are doing, etc, which in turn empowers them with a wealth of knowledge and confidence to go and deliver business within that market.

Operators do get a sense of that, especially the bigger brands in regulated markets, which is an area where we’re successful. So, we’re looking to enhance that and grow that.

We feel like the new structure is scalable as we look to venture into new markets like Australia and New Zealand where we didn’t have a footprint before. We’ve planted a huge flag and a made huge statement in that market now with the signature of Sky City, which we’re extremely excited about, and we’re not going to stop there.

EGR: What’s EveryMatrix’s vision for the rest of 2025?

DC: It’s to continue to build on the momentum. We’ve got a good pipeline of opportunities at advanced stages, so converting those and then handing over to our trusted delivery teams to get them live and launch these operators in their respective markets.

We’ve also got some targets that we set towards the back end of last year that we’re on track with. It’s about making sure we don’t lose sight of that and we continue to build on this early momentum we’ve established in Q1.

EGR: How does EveryMatrix stand out from the competition?

DC: Our biggest USP is the strength we have in product verticals across our different business units and our modular technology that can equally come together to form an even more powerful turnkey offering.

We’re extremely fortunate to have that, but also, the stability of the platform is incredibly reliable and instils confidence in operators to put their trust in us to help them build, grow and either become market leaders or extend their market leading positions.
