Pinnacle has named former kwiff head Bryan Cherrett as the operator’s new director of payments, replacing long-term company stalwart Isabelle Delisle in the process.
Cherrett joins the low-margin, high-volume firm after two-and-a-half years with kwiff as head of payments.
He originally joined the firm, known for its supercharged odds feature, in September 2022 after a stint as head of payment operations at Soft2Bet.
During his time with kwiff he was based out of Malta, and responsible for overseeing the implementation of new payment solutions at the online operator.
Prior to this time with Soft2Bet, Cherrett had spells with Colombian operator Rivalo and payment firms Entercash and Entropay.
The new Pinnacle payments head has replaced Delisle, who had been with the business since 2006 across a series of payments roles.
She was named director of payments in January 2023, stepping up from head of group payments.
Earlier this year, Delisle departed Pinnacle to take on the chief payments officer position at Paytently
Posting on LinkedIn, Cherrett said: “[I’m] thrilled to announce my new position as director of payments at Pinnacle.
“It feels amazing that I will be part of such a big legacy in the online gambling sphere and be in a position to leave my mark on the way forward.
“I am very honoured by the trust I have been shown by all at Pinnacle and will make sure I live up to the expectations.
“I am grateful for the past two-and-a-half years at kwiff and this will always remain a very bright chapter in my life,” he added.
