Xtremepush has expanded its global headcount by 15% as the CRM supplier looks to ramp up its expansion in its key markets.

The business added 18 staff in H1 2024 across a variety of departments, with Xtremepush highlighting the need to drive “continuous growth and upskilling” within the team.

Headline arrivals include chief growth officer Morten Pedersen Tonnesen, who joined from Shape Games, and ex-Sporting Group head William Morris, who now serves as director of sales.

Other notable additions include Brazil country manager Alvaro Camargo and strategic services consultant Lucy Neylin.

Camargo joined the group in Q1 after more than seven years as operation director for Brazil-facing digital marketing agency WeContent.

Neylin, who linked up with the firm in May, previously spent nearly four years with Paddy Power across innovation and CRM briefs.

Xtremepush now boasts offices across Europe, North America and Latam as it gears up for its next stage of growth.

While the business is headquartered in Dublin, it also has hubs in London, New York and São Paulo.

The recruitment drive also came as Xtremepush sealed partnerships with the likes of Betsson, Fanatics and Betsul in recent months.

Tommy Kearns, Xtremepush CEO, said: “Adding 18 new team members to Xtremepush’s driven talent pool was critical for the scaling of the company, as we drive to secure leadership in key markets with the strongest possible team.

“With our dedicated expert colleagues and the launch of major partnerships, we look set for an even bigger second half of the year.”
