Digitain has appointed Gil Soffer as its new chief commercial officer (CCO) in the latest move as part of the supplier’s senior leadership reshuffle.
Soffer will move up to the C-suite from Digitain’s subsidiary Galaxsys, where he has spent the last two-and-a-half years as its senior vice-president of sales and business development.
He held the same role with Skywind Group between September 2019 and August 2022 and Pariplay between January 2017 and August 2019.
Soffer entered the igaming industry as Playtech’s international business consultant, a position he held for seven years.
Soffer’s other experience includes founding several companies between 1993 and 2009 under the Kosmos banner, venturing into industries including telecoms and logistics.
As Digitain CCO, he will be based out of Malta and tasked with leading sales and business development of all products in international markets.
Soffer’s arrival follows Imagine Live, Digitain’s live casino arm, appointing Martin Martirosyan as group CEO.
