FanDuel has introduced a new feature called My Spend, which is designed to assist customers in monitoring their expenditure and gaining better control over their financial activities.
This service enables users to review personal data, such as deposited amounts and net winnings, spanning various timeframes from a week to three months.
The company elaborated on the development of the My Spend dashboard, emphasizing its goal to motivate customers to utilize the brand’s existing responsible gaming tools, like deposit and wagering limits.
Additionally, FanDuel, owned by Flutter Entertainment, mentioned that the tool was crafted through both internal and external research. This research highlighted a player interest in having tailored insights into their gaming behavior.
FanDuel is backing the introduction of this tool with an advertising campaign that urges customers to make use of the dashboard to better manage their financial and spending habits. These commercials, in both English and Spanish, will be broadcasted on television, digital platforms, and social media channels.

The introduction of this user dashboard is FanDuel’s latest effort to enhance its responsible gambling services across its operational markets. Recently, the company announced an expansion of its partnership with Kindbridge Behavioral Health to widen a pilot program. This program provides those who opt to self-exclude with immediate access to comprehensive mental health evaluations and group support services.
