BetComply has revealed the appointment of Warren Jacobs to its board of directors as it seeks to enhance its expertise amid rapid expansion.
Jacobs, an entrepreneur, will serve as a non-executive director for the regulatory compliance company. He is currently the CEO of Betable, a social gaming operator, a position he has held since December 2018. Betable is also among BetComply’s clientele.
Additionally, Jacobs is the chairman of ActiveWin, a digital marketing agency, where he spent nearly a decade as managing director and partner from December 2012 to February 2022. He is also a director and partner at the marketing firm Adzooma and co-founded Raven Track, an affiliate tracking platform, in October 2018.
Jacobs has also held the role of CEO at Grace Media, a white-label provider based in Gibraltar.
Upon his appointment, Jacobs expressed: “Having been involved in the igaming sector for over ten years, it became evident that there is a significant lack of world-class compliance expertise.
