The recent announcement highlights a significant shift as the organization rebrands itself as a multi-brand operator. Originally launched in 2011 as a single online casino, VideoSlots has now diversified into multiple brands.
Under the new identity, Immense Group will manage its existing online brand portfolio, which includes Mr Vegas, Kungaslottet, Mega Riches, DBET, and Videoslots. These brands will retain their current names and identities.
The group emphasized that establishing a distinct corporate structure will enable them to fully leverage each brand’s capabilities while preserving their foundational values and culture.
“Rebranding as Immense Group signifies our intention to continually innovate and foster growth for each brand,” explained Alexander Stevendahl, CEO and co-founder of VideoSlots.
### Kärrbrink Appointed CEO of Immense Holding Company
With this shift, Jesper Kärrbrink, an experienced industry leader, joins as the CEO of the newly formed holding entity, Immense Group AB, headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden.
Kärrbrink currently chairs Internet Vikings and has also been the chairman of the now-disbanded Mr. Green’s games development division, Green Jade Games. His previous roles include chief executive of Mr Green and Svenska Spel.
“The journey of VideoSlots represents a remarkable triumph,” commented Kärrbrink. “With four additional brands and a fresh corporate framework, it’s the ideal moment to introduce a comprehensive new brand that embodies the robust Videoslots ethos as it advances.”
Earlier this year, Ulle Skottling, VideoSlots’ deputy CEO, discussed the company’s future with iGB. He emphasized the group’s capacity to evolve, predicting a “transformative” path forward.
“I foresee an exhilarating and transformative journey for our company in the coming five years,” stated Skottling. “Our strategic plan is to expand into more regulated markets, ensure compliance, and deliver our distinctive gaming experience to a broader audience.”
