Habanero has expanded its footprint in Latin America by obtaining regulatory approval to operate as a licensed service provider in Peru.

The gaming company, specializing in slots and table games, received authorization from Peru’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Tourism (MINCETUR). This permission enables Habanero to offer its gaming collection to operators within the country.

Among the games that will now be available to Peruvian operators are titles like Hot Hot Fruit and Zeus Deluxe.

“Peru stands out as one of the most promising emerging markets in Latin America, and we’re thrilled to establish ourselves as a trustworthy and reliable supplier in this region,” said Arcangelo Lonoce, Habanero’s Head of Business Development.

“Securing this prestigious accreditation marks a significant milestone in our growth strategy, allowing us to continue aiding both our existing and future partners and expanding the reach of Habanero’s proven game titles.”

With MINCETUR’s approval, Habanero has now secured certification in 25 global markets, with several located in Latin America, including licenses in Colombia, Panama, and Buenos Aires, Argentina.

In October, Lonoce discussed the Italian market with CasinoBeats, sharing insights on Habanero’s strategy for the region and offering advice for other suppliers on navigating the upcoming licensing framework set for 2025.
