Raketech has announced the appointment of Victoria Darmanin as its interim CFO with effect from 1 May 2026.
Currently serving as director of finance at Raketech, a role she has been in since December 2023, Darmanin joined the business in 2018 as head of accounting.
Darmanin has more than 15 years of experience in finance and accounting and over 20 within the online gaming industry.
Prior to Raketech, she held the role of finance manager at Europe Entertainment Ltd from June 2012 to March 2018.
Darmanin spent nearly five years in accounts at Gaming VC Corporation Limited from August 2007 to May 2012.
Raketech said Darmanin has “extensive experience in financial reporting, internal controls and listed company requirements”.
The process to appoint a permanent CFO will be announced “in due course”, the company said.
At the end of January, then-CFO Måns Svalborn stepped down from the role to pursue other opportunities.

“Throughout that time, she has consistently demonstrated strong leadership and a deep understanding of our business.
“Victoria’s appointment reflects the strength of the talent within Raketech and our ability to develop leaders internally.
“We are confident in her ability to ensure continuity, stability and high standards in our financial governance.”
Raketech reported a 45.5% year-on-year revenue slump for Q4 2025 last week. During the quarter, the supplier phased out its paid publisher network.
