Raketech sees 45.5% Q4 revenue decline

Raketech Group Holding has reported its Q4 and FY 2025 results, showing huge cost reductions and year-on-year revenue declines. A notable decrease in revenue was reported in Q4, with a 45.5% year-on-year organic decline. The revenue generated in Q4 comprised €5.7 million, compared to €10.5 million in 2024. Reported EBITDA was down by 44.1%, while 

Raketech Group Holding has reported its Q4 and FY 2025 results, showing huge cost reductions and year-on-year revenue declines.

A notable decrease in revenue was reported in Q4, with a 45.5% year-on-year organic decline. The revenue generated in Q4 comprised €5.7 million, compared to €10.5 million in 2024. Reported EBITDA was down by 44.1%, while adjusted EBITDA dropped 37.7%.

On the other hand, Raketech was able to reduce operating losses to €39,000 from 2024’s €47.1 million in Q4. Revenue shares rose from 33.3% to 50%, with upfront payment contributing 23.6% and 26.4% from flat fee payments.

Affiliate marketing saw a 17.4% drop in revenue in Q4, reaching €3.9 million, and subaffiliation operations fell by 64.7% in the same period from 2024 to €1.8 million.

Raketech CEO Johan Svensson said:

“During the quarter, we continued to sharpen Raketech’s strategic focus, advancing our platform-first model while improving performance across our core Nordic assets. With disciplined execution, a continued shift toward growing the organic publisher network within subaffiliation, and ongoing development of AffiliationCloud, we are strengthening the foundations for long-term value creation.”

Casino-related activities generated 63% of the group’s total revenue in Q4 and reached €3.6 million. Additionally, sport made up 37% of the revenue with €2.1 million.

Regarding full-year results, revenue fell by 47.4% from 2024 down to €51.3 million, and adjusted EBITDA by 30.1% to €7.2 million.
