LuckyDraw Group, a raffle and prize draw supplier founded by former Bragg Gaming Group execs Yaniv Spielberg and Ronen Kannor, has emerged from stealth mode.
Spielberg, who was also a co-founder of Bragg and served as chief strategy officer, and former Bragg CFO Kannor have been working on the product for around 12 months.
Spielberg will serve as the supplier’s CEO, while Kannor will take on the CFO remit.
The entity is currently bootstrapped, with development teams based in Georgia and Estonia, with some operational staff working out of Mauritius.
LuckyDraw will allow operators to launch branded prize draws and raffles to consumers on either a paid-for or free-to-play basis.
Spielberg said the content can be used as an effective engagement, acquisition and retention tool, with operators able to offer prizes such as merchandise or free spins.
Prize draws have continued to grow in popularity in recent years. Winvia, a prize draw and online casino operator, went public on the AIM in London last year.
The likes of Omaze, which recently turned a profit in the UK for the first time, have led the vanguard.

The UK government as implemented a voluntary code of conduct for prize draw operators following the rapid growth and similarities between the sector and gambling.
Speaking to EGR from Miami, Florida, Spielberg noted the growth in the prize draw sector, especially in the UK, showed there was consumer appetite for the vertical and a subsequent B2B market gap.
Spielberg said: “Everybody knows what raffles are. But if you look at the online gaming space, you barely see raffles.
“Now, more recently, there’s a renaissance with the likes of Best of the Best and Omaze, but it’s not readily available for operators.
“That was the premise in general we saw in the market. So, when we decided to venture into a new business, we thought about taking something that is so well known and bring it as a B2B offering.
“We want to make sure the operators understand the value-add of adding another vertical that is outside of the regular sports betting and casino. Operators always want to do the next new exciting thing. Sweeps were one. Prediction markets are another.
“They’re all very exciting things that draw a new type of crowd. What we want to prove to the world is that the renaissance in B2C raffles could work amazingly for traditional sportsbook and casino operators as a B2B offering.
“The ability to use raffles for personalised engagement, retention, brand loyalty, activation, reactivation and [mitigating the] increasing cost of customer acquisition with lifetime value stagnation; all of that comes together to show that there’s an opportunity here for operators to do things differently.”
