ICE follows DRGT’s strongest growth year on record

DR Gaming Technology (DRGT) has completed a strong showing at ICE Barcelona 2026, highlighting a clear industry differentiator: enterprise-grade casino technology that is measured, validated, and proven in live operating environments.

Following its strongest growth year on record in 2025, DRGT demonstrated how its integrated CMS, jackpots, and player engagement ecosystem is developed and stress-tested through its ownership and operation of Infiniti Casinos across Mexico, Belgium, and France. These properties operate as real-world validation sites, allowing new solutions to be deployed, monitored, and optimised under sustained player volumes, peak transaction loads, and regulatory oversight before being released to customers. This operational footprint enables the company to test new features with real players before commercial release—an approach that resonated strongly with operators at ICE.

At the centre of the company’s showcase was its player-first, data-driven ecosystem, combining hardware, software, and analytics into a single unified platform. Key solutions on display included the newly introduced drPlayerKiosk, drCARM cash redemption kiosk, and transactional banking kiosk, alongside enhancements to their drPlayerApp, drRewards, and drAnalytics modules.

“Our focus is performance you can rely on,” said Jurgen De Munck, Executive Chairman of DR Gaming Technology. “Operating our own casinos allows us to measure system stability, transactional accuracy, and uptime under real conditions. That discipline results in technology that performs consistently on busy gaming floors.”

Among the most talked-about innovations was the drPlayerKiosk, which consolidates player account management, wallet transactions, and real-time interactions into a single self-service device, helping to reduce queues and relieve staff pressure. Complementing this was the launch of drCARM, a high-capacity cash redemption kiosk designed for accuracy, auditing strength, and security in high-traffic gaming environments. DRGT also unveiled its transactional banking kiosk, enabling players to move funds directly from their bank accounts into casino wallets via integrated bank card speed points; further advancing the company’s push toward secure, compliant cashless gaming.

“These solutions are not standalone products, they’re part of a connected journey,” said Company CEO, Marco Herrera. “Our focus is on removing friction across the entire casino ecosystem. Whether it’s cash handling, player engagement, or analytics, everything we showcased at ICE has been tested in our own casinos and refined based on real operational feedback.”

Across the digital layer, the updated drPlayerApp with integrated third-party payments, drRewards, and drAnalytics deliver a closed-loop ecosystem where player activity feeds real-time insights, promotions, and system-driven jackpots. Operators benefit from faster decision-making, improved promotional targeting, and consistent performance across multi-property estates.

“2025 was the strongest growth year in DR Gaming Technology’s history, and ICE Barcelona was the ideal platform to demonstrate why,” said De Munck. “Operators want technology that has already been proven at scale. Our ability to operate casinos as well as supply systems gives us a unique advantage, and that reality was clearly reflected in the conversations we had on the show floor.”

By validating workflows, integrations, and operational impact in its own casinos, DRGT is able to reduce deployment risk for customers, shorten commissioning cycles, and deliver predictable performance from day one.

“Our goal is not just feature delivery, but operational certainty,” said Herrera, “Everything we release has already been run at scale, refined through live feedback, and proven to be stable. That translates into smoother rollouts, fewer post-installation issues, and long-term reliability for operators.”

Following significant CMS and jackpot installations with operators such as Merit International and Efbet in 2025, DRGT enters 2026 with strong momentum and an expanding international footprint. The imminent
addition of Berck-sur-Mer to the Infiniti Casinos portfolio from Q1 2026 further strengthens the company’s ability to validate innovation across diverse regulatory and player environments, particularly as it grows its presence in France as both operator and systems provider.

“As the industry faces increasing complexity, from regulation to rising player expectations, the opportunity lies in simplification,” added Herrera. “Our mission for 2026 is clear: deliver scalable, intelligent, and player-focused technology that helps operators unlock value while keeping the experience seamless and engaging.”

With a fully integrated ecosystem, live-tested innovation, and a track record of large-scale deployments, DR Gaming Technology left ICE Barcelona 2026 having firmly reinforced its position as a trusted long-term technology partner for the global gaming industry.
